In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for drywall projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of drywall installation and associated materials, along with strong analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project blueprints and specifications to prepare detailed estimates for drywall installation and related servicesCollaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather information and clarify project requirementsPrepare and submit competitive bid proposals that include itemized costs and timelinesMaintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure quality materials are usedConduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional data for accurate estimationMonitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures during the execution of projectsQualifications1+ year drywall estimating experienceFamiliarity with additional systems such as Metal Stud Framing, EIFS, Stucco, metal framing, IMP, acoustics, etc.Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes and materialsExcellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersBenefitsSalary $95-120k baseMedical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchAnnual bonusPTOHoliday payVehicle allowanceESOP
